All of our playground equipment requires a 30% deposit upon ordering. When ordering, please include any color change requests and the depth of the safety surface of your area so we can accommodate everything when creating your equipment.
Delivery time is approximately 10-14 weeks on average. Equipment is shipped either by sealed land/sea container or LTL truck freight (varies by location).
Assembly Instructions are included with your shipment and are labeled properly for less stress for the construction process. If you have any questions, contact your sales representative at (302) 738-2190 Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm Eastern Time.
We warrant to the purchaser of the plastic component(s) and Playground Architect (All Classics Ltd) component(s) that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship, not including wear and tear, for one (1) year from the date of the shipment. If the plastic component(s) fail to meet this warranty, we may either repair or replace it, at our discretion, with freight paid by purchaser.
Consequential damages are not covered and our liability is limited to the defective part. Any failure will not be cause for extending the duration of this warranty. Our warranty obligations do not apply to any plastic component(s) that (1) is not properly installed, used, maintained, or repaired, or is modified other that pursuant to our instructions of approval; (2) has been exposed to excessive wear and tear or vandalism; or (3) has been subject to any other kind of defects in or nonconformity of the plastic component(s), whether the claim is in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise. This is the purchaser?s only warranty. NO IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WILL APPLY.
SHIPPING TO YOU:
At Playground Architect (All Classics Ltd), we inspect all playgrounds prior to shipment as all designs are built in our ISO 9001 facility and assembled then we disassemble and pack for safe shipping. Shipment is property of the purchaser when we seal the doors and your equipment is in route to your location. Any damage is responsibility of the carrier (when using FTL and LTL shipping) and containerized is to be reported to us directly as we take all precautions to get your equipment to you safely and securely.
